This service includes giving basic ideas about studying abroad, the overall process, and filling up a Student Information Form.

There is a team that is continuously keeping in touch with our partner organizations regarding their courses, fees, new offers, student admissions, status of students’ applications. This team also works on exploring new opportunities for our organization by sending emails, brochures, arranging appointments and inviting new institutions to come and visit us.

At this stage, we look at the background of the student thoroughly and help choose his/her desiredfield of study. This involves the student’s educational documents checking and assessing the English language skills.

We give options to the student at this stage according to his/her preference of subject. Along with that, we detail the required amount of money for different institutions and different cities so that the student may have a précised idea about his/her budgeting.

This step follows automatically after the budgeting has been ensured by the student. This step involves a proper integration between the chosen subject and the overall budget of the student.

This depends on the student’s academic background. If we feel that this student is competent for a scholarship, our counselors do their hard work to find out scholarship options for him/her.

As “Statement of Purpose” may sometimes prove to be crucial, we give specific guidelines to students in accordance with their academic and personal background.

At this part, we advise students regarding the amount of money required in the bank account to cover up his/her tuition and living expenses. We also advice the student on what documents/statements have to be collected from the bank.

We assist the students in organizing the documents in a preferred and professional method that might help the visa officers or relevant personnel to get what they are looking for in a convenient manner.

We help the students filling up all kinds of forms related to visa, both the paper based and online versions. Students can use our facilities to fill-up and send online application forms from our office.

We also help the students if they need any assistance regarding getting this process done quickly. We have a rapport with a number of police officers allover Bangladesh as we used to provide language teaching for the Police SAT exam organized by Bangladesh Police.

We always want to make sure that each and every student becomes successful as far as student visa is considered. As a number of embassies take interviews of students, we always try to make the student prepared for that interview. We take some mock interviews that could make the student more confident and ready for the real one.

After a student gets visa, we always have him/her at ours for a session on the country he/she is going to. We counsel the students on that country’s profile & history, culture & life style, financial opportunities and challenges, required tasks on arrival, tips for getting part-time jobs etc. We also help the students preparing their CVs that would them getting a better job in the lowest possible time.

We have liaison with a number of travel agencies for this purpose. They give us special offers and we assist our students opt from available options that matches his/her budget.

We can also arrange airport pick-up and accommodation for students who do not have any. We take a charge for doing so and it is completely up to the student whether he/she wants to avail this service or not.
